When you use the contact form, we collect the selected subject, your email address, your message, and your name if you choose to provide it.
For security and operation, we also store the submission time, browser user-agent information, and a one-way HMAC-SHA256 value derived from the source IP address. The source IP address itself is not stored in the inquiry database.
2. How we use information
We use the information to review and respond to inquiries, provide game support, maintain processing records, and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
We do not use contact information for advertising or mailing lists without separate permission.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be stored or processed by the hosting provider used to operate this website. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.
4. Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, then delete it appropriately. We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted HTTPS communication, and other reasonable measures to protect stored information.
5. Cookies
This website uses a session cookie for contact-form security and administration. It is not used for advertising. The site currently does not use third-party analytics cookies.
6. Requests and contact
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact us through the contact form and include the email address used for the original inquiry so that we can identify the record.

We may update this policy when the website or its services change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
